Welcome to Biashara Manager. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for business management in Tanzania and East Africa.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Biashara Manager platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Biashara Manager provides a point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, and reporting system. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice, subject to your paid plan status.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

Fees are billed according to the plan you choose. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay will result in account suspension after a grace period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Biashara Manager is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or business interruption.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Arusha or Dar es Salaam.
